Trancoso

This exquisite house is located within a gated community in the luxurious village of Trancoso, surrounded by abundant native and tropical vegetation, perched atop a cliff with a magnificent ocean view. The condominium is gated with 24-hour security and is close to the Quadrado, Coqueiros Beach, and Nativos Beach.

On an area of approximately 1,600m², two pavilions were constructed.
The main block houses the social area of the house. Infinity-edge pool overlooking the treetops, as well as a dry sauna facing the native forest. The rooftops have been transformed into gardens. The main block’s rooftop offers a sea view of Coqueiros Beach and is perfect for a luau. The rooftop of the bedrooms, surrounded by a wooden bench, is a delightful area for outdoor dining with a barbecue, sink, and service and beverage stations, all set against the forest backdrop.
Under the main living room, there is a relaxation and reading area with hammocks, mats, and cushions.
In the other block are the suites, all with garden and forest views except for one suite located next to the hammock area.

The architecture of the house is an exercise in harmony and respect for its surroundings. Spread over two distinct pavilions on a plot of approximately 1,600m², the residence embraces the concept of "organic luxury." The social block is the heart of communal living, crowned by an infinity pool that seems to flow into the treetops. One of the most fascinating features of this project is the rooftops transformed into suspended gardens: while the main terrace offers a private lookout to the sea.

- Master Suite - one King-size bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, private balcony
